How do I Register in Siblo?
Click Register link on Signin screen. Select profile pic from the photo library, enter a unique name to share with Siblo users, and provide a valid email address to receive a token from Siblo Support. You need to enter a token for successful registration.
How do I create a group?
Go to the groups page and click on the + sign at the top right. To register a group - select a group image, unique identifiable name, and clear description. Include a few hashtags about the category of your group in the description (ex: #education, #travel, #gaming, #social, etc.)
All groups by default are selected as private. If you want to make your group public, uncheck the toggle bar (to grey) when creating your group.
What are all the Admin privileges in groups?
By default, the person who creates a group will be the Admin. As an admin, click on the group and navigate to the three dots at the top right. (Check the home page for an image of the settings) In the settings, the Admin can choose the moderators and members.
How do I modify my groups?
Only the Admin and moderators of a group can modify the settings of the group. Navigate to the group settings page and click on settings - select the options that you choose.
How do I join public or private groups ?
Both private and public group names are visible in the group search bar. Anyone can join a public group. For private groups, members need to request access to join - if the Admins or moderators approve, the member will be added to the private group.
Click on the blue search button on the groups page. The search bar is case and space sensitive - so make sure to type in the exact name of the group.
How do I create Post?
Click the group name to view posts within group. Select pencil icon to write a post. You can add a link, an image or text to Post into group.
Note: Admin of group grants permissions to write posts within group. All posts are allowed to write comments, reply to comments and like posts or comments.
How do I search my Contact?
Click the Search icon under Chat. You must enter name in search box exactly as they registered with Siblo. Your contact profile image with name is displayed with an option to click Message button.
How do I change my Contact details?
Hold Contact name on Chat Room to view and edit contact options.
You can change block/unblock, mute/unmute, archive and delete contact. Your selected changes will be reflected momentarily.
